Martha joined Cusack & Co in 2006 having previously gained significant experience in the Financial Services Industry.
She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day business operations, client service delivery and internal systems.
As part of her client-facing role, she also manages the Anti-Money Laundering Compliance section of our business to ensure the firm meets its regulatory requirements.
Martha’s exceptional leadership, organizational and decision-making skills ensure the firm maintains high standards of service and professionalism.

Padraig Irwin FCCA is a Chartered CertifiedAccountant with almost forty years experience in the accounting profession. He operates as a Sole Practitioner.
Padraig worked in practice in London for almost 20 years, before returning to live and work in Ireland.
He also works in the family business that importsand distributes its own branded products to motortrade after-market customers in Ireland, the EEA and the UK.
He lectured on a part-time basis for a number ofyears at Athlone Institute of Technology on CAT,ACCA, IPA, and BBS courses. He has also presentedon numerous occasions at ACCA Ireland CPD events.

Martin has over 19 years’ experience in practice inthe areas of accountancy and audit, providing a full range of services to medium and large-sized businesses and companies.
Martin is a Chartered Tax Adviser with the Irish Taxation Institute. He has gained significant experience in his current role and his range of expertise includes taxplanning for non-resident individuals and the provisionof advice to individuals on a range of taxation matters.
Martin has produced articles on taxation which were issued in ACCA publications.
Martin holds a degree in Accounting and Financeand is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants & the Irish Tax Institute (CTA).

Claire has over 20 years’ experience providing qualityaccounts preparation for a diverse range of clientsincluding owner managed companies, professionalfirms, regulated entities, and the not-for-profit sector.
She is accountable for the audit of multiple small,limited companies, in different industries.
Claire is part of the firm’s senior managementresponsible for the development and oversight of the Accounts and Audit team with Cusack & Co ensuring the consistent delivery of quality advice and service to a large portfolio of local and international businesses.
Claire is a fellow of the ACCA, Association of CharteredCertified Accountants.

Sash has over ten years’ of experience in practice environment, delivering accurate financial reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing internal control systems.
Over the years, he has supported diverse organisations in managing end-to-end accounting processes, preparing financial statements, and participating in both internal and external audit engagements.
Sash brings a strong understanding of accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and proficiency in financial software tools to drive transparency, efficiency, and accountability in financial operations. He is also involved in planning and executing fundraising strategies for charitable causes.

Cindy is a key member of the Cusack & Co team, bringing dedicated service and expertise to the firm. As a Senior Accountant, she manages a broad portfolio of clients, overseeing the preparation of accounts and delivering a high standard of professional service across various sectors.
With qualifications from Accounting Technicians Ireland and full membership in the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Cindy combines technical proficiency with practical insight.
Her commitment to excellence and proactive approach make her an invaluable asset to both the firm and its clients.
