Over 30-years. Cathal Cusack launched the firm in Dublin, back in 1991.

Back in the 80s there wasn't much alternative but to move abroad for work. The economy in Ireland was dreadful, but fortunately London was thriving and opportunities abounded.
I worked at a couple of fabulous, small, independent firms. The first specialised in entertainment and music (my first and enduring love). The second, with landed estates and families with multi-generational wealth.
Both practices shared a confidence and pride in their ability to deliver and compete with larger firms serving similar successful and wealthy clients. I was fortunate to find myself at firms with an uncompromising approach to the humanity of their people, and a drive to help us develop our skills.
